About the Founder

Kalista Price-Schrenk founded Cards for Kids in 2018. Having been an A.L.L. Leukemia Cancer Survivor when Kalista was in 4th grade she was inspired to give back to kids and families in similar circumstances.

Kalista is on a progressive mission to raise $100,000 before she turns 25 in 2032, and then continuing to grow the Cards for Kids family throughout her life. She started Cards for Kids with the mission to give hope, joy and laughter to kids with cancer.

With the support of the childhood cancer awareness community, growing Cards for Kids every year is how she is going to achieve that mission.
